Spicy Ground Beef Casserole Recipe
This spicy casserole recipe featuring ground beef, corn tortillas, green chilies and cheese.

Spicy Ground Beef Casserole Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
16 (6-inch) corn tortillas
2 pound processed cheese food, shredded
2 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped
2 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 small onion, diced
1 cup milk

Spicy Ground Beef Casserole Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Prepare a medium sized baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook the ground beef over medium heat until evenly browned color in a medium skillet then drain the fat.
Place half of the corn tortillas on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer on half of the cheese, ground beef, onion and green chilies.
Layer with the remaining onion, cheese, corn tortillas, ground beef and green chilies.
Mix the chicken soup with the milk in a medium bowl then pour over the top of the casserole.
Repeat step 4 ? 7 for all remaining ingredients to other baking dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on the top and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
Serve and Enjoy Spicy Ground Beef Casserole!
